With usura hath no man a house of good stone
each block cut smooth and well fitting
that design might cover their face,
with usura
hath no man a painted paradise on his church wall

jeder Block gehauen glatt und wohlgefügt,
daß Ornament sein Angesicht verschöne,
mit Wuchergeist
hat kein Mensch ein Paradies gemalt auf seiner Kirchenwand,
Harfen und Licht,
wo Botschaft kommt zur Jungfrau
und Glorie scheint hervor aus Ritzen,
mit Wuchergeist
sieht kein Gonzaga seine Erben und seine Konkubinen,
kein Bild entsteht, daß es Dauer habe und man mit ihm lebe,
man macht es für Gewinn und schnellen Reibach,
mit Wuchergeist, Sünde wider die Natur,
ist immerdar dein Brot ein fader Fladen,
ist dein Brot trocken wie Papier,
mit Weizen vom Bergland nicht, kein Mehl, das kräftigt,
mit Wuchergeist wird die Falte tiefer,
mit Wuchergeist gibt es klare Grenzen nicht
und kein Mensch findet mehr die Ortschaft seines Weilens.
Dem Steinhauer nimmt man den Stein weg,
dem Weber nimmt man den Webstuhl weg,
MIT WUCHERGEIST
kommt Wolle nicht zum Markt,

CONTRA NATURAM.
Sie brachten Huren nach Eleusis,
Kadaver wurden zum Bankett geladen
auf Geheiß des Wuchergeists.
